Western Nations breeding ground for Khalistani Terrorists...
The western countries like Canada, UK, USA on one hand, they call political violence and threat to lawmakers as threat to democracy in their own countries, as shown by reports of Carnegie and Guardian article.

However, they give open platform for groups like Sikh for Justice (SFJ) which are giving open death threats to Indian Diplomats placed in these nations and are constantly attacking Indian embassies and consulates there. Earlier also SFJ have given death threats to heads of states of Punjab and Himachal Pradesh in India. Further these countries justify their inaction under “freedom of speech”, this needs to be questioned as since when death threats have become a right under freedom of speech. In addition there are cases of vandalism and arson showing the threat is not only verbal but has actual violent repercussions on ground as well.
Justin Trudeau Hypocrisy..

In addition Trudeau once again defended the protestors rights under Freddom of speech. When it comes to western interest and their vested agenda they use the moral high ground denouncing actions of other countries (read; Trudeau denounces Russian plebiscite in occupied territories), while freely allow and endorse secessionist activities of Khalistanis on their land against India (eg Referendum 2020). He has been known to have participated at an event organised by radical khalistani group in Canada. The main reason in vote bank political and not free speech. His Liberal Party has around 160 seats in the National assembly and are dependent on NDP to form the government. NDP is headed by Jagmeet Singh, an arch-Khalistani, and is the reason behind hypocritical behaviour of Trudeau in this matter.

The above activities were planned by ISI and these people have been found to be “linked to and co-operating with the Pak ISI”. People like Dulai have also been found publicly supporting Babbar Khalsa by wearing their jackets etc. The Pakistan and SFJ nexus was also exposed during the recent anti-India social media campaigns to ignite communal tensions in India, like during the Arshdeep controversy. SFJ owned website shows that they offered $10,000 to anyone who stopped Himachal Pradesh CM and Governor from hoisting Indian flag on 15th August.
The links of SFJ with Pak ISI has been time and again exposed. Even during the government of PM Manmohan Singh he raised the issue of involvement of Pak ISI in reigniting Khalistan issue, to the point that Khalistani militants established ties with terrorist organisations like Lashkar-e-Taiba, with Pakistan based International Sikh Youth Federation (ISYF) being the link organisation, with Lakhbir Singh Rode as its chief.

This so called Khalistan movement and SFJ being an ISI stooge was anyway evident from the fact that their referendum never demanded Pakistan occupied portions of erstwhile Punjab, despite the fact that Lahore had been the historical capital of the earlier Sikh empire.

While politicians and law makers in USA and UK have denounced the attacks on Indian embassies on their soil, Canadian PM Justin Trudeau once again did not shy away from petty vote bank politics and harbouring Khalistani Terrorists in Canada. In a recent interview Trudeau was quoted as saying that India is wrong in saying that he has gone soft on protestors and said that Canada takes serious action against terrorism. This does not bode well with the fact that there have been repeated attacks on Indian community in Canada by Khalistani outfits.

The ISI chief, General Abdul Rahman, opened a cell within ISI with the objective of supporting the "[Sikhs']...freedom struggle against India". Rahman's colleagues in ISI took pride in the fact that "the Sikhs were able to set the whole province on fire. They knew who to kill, where to plant a bomb and which office to target." General Hamid Gul argued that keeping Punjab destabilized was equivalent to the Pakistan Army having an extra division at no cost. Zia-ul Haq, on the other hand, consistently practiced the art of plausible denial.

In 2006, Khalid Awan, a Muslim of Pakistani descent, was convicted by a federal jury in New York (US Attorney’s Office 2006) of giving aid to the Khalistan Commando Force, a dreaded terrorist organisation. He was sentenced to 14 years in prison. Clearly, Pakistan does assist Khalistanis on American continent.

A lot of SFJ hardcores are based in Pakistan, where jihadi groups have made common cause with Sikh separatists against their common enemy, India. SFJ and ISI are in cahoots and jointly run smuggling syndicate to generate funds to carry out their terror activities.

Another example is Gopal Singh Chawla, the leading Khalistani figure in Pakistan, who makes no bones about his friendly alliance with the Pakistani jihadist Hafiz Saeed, leader of the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), who directed the terrorist attacks in November 2008 that killed 166 people in Mumbai. Chawla told an Indian reporter that “Hafiz Saeed is my ideal person”.

A picture of Talwinder Singh Parmar (who plotted the Kaniska Air India bombing of June 1985 which was a handiwork of Khalistani militants) was taken at a gun bazaar at Darra in Pakistan in July of 1989, hefting an antique machine gun. He fled to Pakistan after the bombing knowing his masters will take care of him.

Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, who spearhead the Sikhs for Justice organization and a US secessionist. A number of times he has expressed solidarity with Pakistan, despite atrocities on Sikhs in that country. He is on record saying “if India ever attacked Pakistan, the Pro-Khalistan Sikhs will extend full support to Pakistan.” in a letter to Pakistan PM Imran Khan.

Many prominent Khalistanis like Satinderpal Singh Gill lived for years in Pakistan as officials of banned terrorist organisations, others like Bhagat Singh Brar and Parvkar Singh Dulai of Canada have been put on a no fly list by govt of Canada after the “Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) accused them of aiding Khalistani terrorist activities in India”.

Ex-Khalistani and founder of Dal Khalsa Jaswant Singh in an interview to ANI exposed the Pak ISI agenda and “Khalistan Referendum: being a conspiracy of ISI. He revealed that the referendum was being conducted on the instructions of ISI and the Indian Punjab is not asking for any such referendum.

Even the recent stint of Amritpal Singh to ignite Khalistan movement in India was nothing but another playbook of Pak ISI as Amritpal had been prepped by ISI in Dubai before being sent to India. He had also campaigned for SFJ founder Gurpatwant Singh Pannu and had links with Lakhbir Singh Rode (Pak based ISYF).
