Malicious Propaganda by USCIRF on death of Stan Swamy...

Updated: Jul 7, 2023

Malicious propaganda has been unleashed against Indian State by left-leaning organizations from India & abroad on death of Fr. #StanSwamy These include USCIRF (famous for crappy reports & Anti-India bias) & UNHRC (Chinese leaning) Time to bust some propaganda!!

PROPAGANDA

REALITY

Father Stan Swamy's arrest was hasty and unjustified.

He was accused to be the key conspirator in Bhima-Koregaon violence that happened on 31st December 2017. After more than 2 years of through investigation he was arrested on 8th October 2020.

NIA had frivolous & fabricated charges against him

NIA, during its investigation, found Stan Swamy as a key conspirator, termed him as a “hard-core CPI-M activist” who had received funds from other Maoists for stoking the activities of the banned outfit.

NIA did not seek custody of Fr. Swamy even for a day. If no custody was sought, then why was bail opposed by NIA. This amounts to harassment.

Given the octogenarian’s age, Swamy was never put in police custody. This was done with humanitarian angle. Also, rejecting his bail NIA Judge Kothalikar observed that the collective interest of the community would outweigh Swamy’s right to personal liberty & as such the old age/alleged sickness, of the applicant would not go in his favor. Thus he failed to make out a case for grant of bail

He was denied access to basic healthcare facilities.

All necessary medical formalities were complied with before he was produced before the Special Court. All his entitlements including food, as provided by the law, was granted to him. Stan Swamy’s health was certified to be stable by the medical practitioner. He was subjected to medical check-up and made no complaint about his ill-treatment when he was produced before the concerned NIA Court.

He was ill-treated, denied of basic facilities, medical support device etc. when diagnosed of illness.

Following facilities were provided to him: 1. He was kept in a separate cello prison hospital 2.Two attendants were provided 3. He was accorded other facilities such as a wheel chair, walker, walking stick, straws, sipper, mug, commode chair, dental treatment as well as visiting psychiatrist. 4. He was advised by the court to be treated at JJ Hospital. He refused to get admitted there & was subsequently, on his request, shifted and treated in Holy Family Hospital, Bandra.

Conclusion:

Stan Swamy was a dangerous individual, charged with serious accusation of trying to destabilize the nation.

Watch how one of the co-accused Vara Vara Rao rejoices the death of CRPF soldiers.

Old age/Alleged illness does not make a case to be set free.

So these agenda driven individuals & organizations should cut the crap and mind their own business USCIRF & self-righteous western media should first focus on the filth back home before preaching others.
